Davis is founder and leader of TAI Incorporated. He has over twenty-five years experience in organizations ranging from a high-tech start-up company to Fortune 50 corporations, where he provided vision and leadership to drive growth in challenging business environments, start-up ventures and turn-around situations. His contributions in six different industries provided real-world, practical experience and a proving ground to demonstrate the effectiveness of values-based leadership, with tangible results.
Prior to TAI Incorporated, Davis served as Vice President, Field Operations for Suburban Partners, a $750 million energy services company. Previously, recruited by Investment Bankers to salvage a failing start-up business, he was Chief Executive Officer for Elcom Technologies. Before Elcom, Davis served as Vice President, Business Development at Lenox, Inc., with operating responsibility for six profit centers, including specialty corporate and international markets. Davis' earlier professional experience includes national accounts, sales management, process improvement and operational roles at Pepsi Cola and Baxter International. Davis served four years as a U.S. Army Officer and is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
Sue leads consulting and content development for TAI. She has almost thirty years experience in organizations ranging from international conglomerates to major associations to nationally recognized non-profits. In each case her vision and leadership drove unprecedented growth, strategic repositioning, innovative human resource management and earned nationally recognized excellence awards. Her work in employee motivation - the moving of individuals and organizations from understanding their core beliefs to achievement of major goals - helps corporations both large and small to achieve outstanding results.
Prior to joining TAI Incorporated Sue was Executive Vice President of the Colonial Williamsburg Company, a corporate officer of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and on the board of several hotel associations including Preferred Hotels and Resorts International. For over 10 years, Sue was Group Vice President for Hospitality and Real Estate and a member of the corporate operating committee for Kohler Company, the world's largest plumbing manufacturer. In these and other positions she dealt directly with corporate boards of directors and stockholders, developed major new business segments, and led successful turnaround situations.
An experienced executive coach, Sue is a certified graduate of the Newfield Network's Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program. Her bachelor's and master's degrees were earned at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Alice has a unique blend of management and corporate training background. With over 25 years of corporate business experience, she was a corporate officer for the Kohler Co. responsible for the growth and development of its hospitality and real estate sector. Worldwide recognition of service quality, significant reductions in employee turnover, creativity in customer offerings, and profit levels that exceeded industry norms were achieved through her leadership. In addition to overseeing the development of new spas, private clubs, real estate, and golf courses for Kohler Co., she managed the acquisition and operational integration of the Old Course Hotel Resort and Spa in St. Andrews, Scotland.
Prior to her role as a business leader, Alice spent several years in corporate training and specialized in team building through all levels of the organization. Her career began as a college business instructor where she developed special programs for businesses in addition to classroom teaching. She has a BA degree in Office Administration and Business Education and an MA in Business and Marketing Education from Michigan State University and certifications from Cornell University.
Alice served as General Chair for the 1998 U.S. Women's Open, 2007 U.S. Senior Open, and 2004 PGA Championship. She has served as an officer on boards for the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Visiting Nurses Association, Lakeshore Technical College Foundation, and Wisconsin State Golf Association.
Chris has substantial corporate and consulting experience in succession planning, executive coaching, and assessment. As a senior corporate Human Resources leader at both General Electric and Citibank, Chris performed roles focusing on organization, staffing and succession planning. His last two GE assignments were Organization & Staffing Manager for GE Aerospace (a $5 Billion, 40,000-person organization), and HR Director for GE Power Controls, a European manufacturing company headquartered in London. Later Chris moved to Citibank as Vice President, Executive Resources, where he played a principal role in the design and implementation of Citibank's succession planning and talent review process.
During the next seven years, as a consultant Chris worked with over 300 individuals from Fortune 500 companies worldwide, providing executive coaching and assessment services. In 2004 he returned to corporate work as Vice President, Staffing and Organization Development for Misys Healthcare Systems. There he was responsible for executive staffing, coaching and talent planning.
Chris is co-authored Managing Risk in Executive Selection, published in the June 2001 issue of "Directorship Magazine" and in the June 2003 issue of "Global CEO" published in India. A graduate of Lock Haven State University of Pennsylvania, Chris earned his graduate degree in counseling from Penn State University.
Phyllis brings to her executive coaching role at TAI nearly 25 years experience at Merck & Co., Inc. where she led high performance Global Brand Teams. Her leadership at Merck set a foundation for the growth of several of the company’s brands into multi-billion dollar assets.
Phyllis’ executive coaching style is based on a passion for making leadership excellence a core component of today’s businesses environment. As a big pharma executive, she provided visionary leadership with an exceptionally strong command of strategic planning. Her experience as a marketing strategist for the commercialization of new products gave her a wide breadth of leadership and management strengths including team development and alignment, goal setting, collaboration, alliance building, and relationship management. During her years at Merck, Phyllis was recognized for recruiting, developing and retaining some of the most diverse talent in big pharma, leading individuals to their highest level achievement, and strong leadership within their own right. Phyllis also enjoys extensive experience in the non-profit sector having over five years service in higher education and most recently in the corporate foundation arena.
Phyllis is a graduate of Notre Dame. She also studied at the Bell Leadership Institute at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and in the Executive MBA Program in pharmaceutical Marketing at the Erivan K. Haub School of Business, St. Joseph’s University. Phyllis earned an executive coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
George brings a mix of both academic and business experience to his role at TAI. For the past 25 years, George held a variety of organization and management/leadership development positions in a variety of different companies and industries. His experience included roles at Continental Bank, Rockwell International and CitiBank. In his most recent role, George was responsible for the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development process at Monsanto Company, a global agricultural, biotech company with over 20,000 people and $13B in sales. This work involved the areas of executive coaching, succession planning, training and education and assessment.
Prior to his corporate experiences, George earned his B.S. in Marketing Management and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri. He spent the early part of his career working at Virginia Tech University and Northern Illinois University where he taught, launched a career planning center, served as the Acting Director of a student mental health center, and maintained an active counseling practice.
George is committed to the belief that excellence in the identification and development of leaders and leadership teams is a critical component in creating sustainable business success. His training, skills, and experience in this arena are supplemented by a personal passion for helping leaders and leadership teams grow.
Wes contributes his creativity and energy to TAI in a myriad of ways. As a trainer, he spearheads PRO Development™ Certification Training for corporate clients and independent consultants. In the faith-based arena, Wes works with leaders to embrace the tenets of Values-based (Servant) Leadership and serves as a catalyst to help leaders and their staffs reshape their thinking to meet challenges and experience "breakthrough" moments. As an educator, he helps TAI develop highly experiential training that provides cutting edge workshops and seminars for our corporate clients.
Wes has spent almost 20 years in non-profit and faith-based leadership roles, as well as in educational environments. He has been involved in various international non-profit networks where leadership ideas are shared and integrated.
Wes has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from PBU in Philadelphia.
Cameron works with TAI as group facilitator, coach and workshop trainer. Fueled by the desire to help emerging leaders maximize their leadership potential, he specializes in experiential learning venues through which individuals discover first-hand the power of Values-based (Servant) Leadership.
His extensive experience in cross-cultural leadership development comes from involvement with multiple service organizations including the Training Network and World Servants, and experiences in Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. Cam also led relief efforts after 9/11 in New York City and in response to Hurricane Katrina. He has spearheaded projects serving the under-privileged in Philadelphia, the Navajo Nation, Brazil, the Caribbean and Mexico.
Cam has served 18 years with an Evangelical Free Church in various capacities focused on leadership development, counseling and coaching. His undergraduate studies were in Business Administration and Biblical Studies; he received his Masters in Education at DTS and soon will complete Doctoral work in Leadership from George Fox University.
Gina is a communications consultant, trainer and coach. Relocating from England to France 17 years ago, she worked with corporations such as Aventis, Merial, EDF, and the Lyon Chamber of Commerce. In Lyon, she established a communications consulting practice, Hearsay, specializing in communications and intercultural relations.
In association with TAI Incorporated, Gina established credentials as a gifted workshop facilitator and talented executive coach who focuses on international corporations in the areas of leadership assessment, executive coaching and team alignment initiatives. Gina serves a variety of industries and functions, including pharmaceutical, legal, human resources and business services, as well as non-profit organizations.
Gina earned a B.A. Honours Degree in Modern Languages with International Studies from the University of London. She is also a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (French Institute of NLP).
Pamela has over 30 years of experience working for major corporations in the areas of sales, marketing, coaching, and training. The driving force in her career has been the enduring passion to see people reach their potential and succeed in both work and life. Fully dedicating the last 18 years to the discipline of sales and leadership training, Pamela is a seasoned professional at assessing, selecting and developing people inside and outside the business environment. As the corporate leader of Sales Training and Development at Quest Diagnostics, she developed over 2000 corporate programs, and personally trained/coached thousands of people. Pamela’s approach in working with people involves developing from within: helping individuals recognize their talent, match their talent with their passion, and release their potential to be productive and effective leaders who drive business results.
Pamela holds a BS in Business Administration and has worked for three major corporations – BF Goodrich, Sealand Services, and Quest Diagnostics. She is actively involved in church ministry and community service. Pamela is married and resides in Williamsburg, Virginia.
