Davis is founder and leader of TAI Incorporated. He has over thirty years experience in organizations ranging from a high-tech start-up company to Fortune 50 corporations, where he provided vision and leadership to drive growth in challenging business environments, start-up ventures and turn-around situations. His contributions as a manager in six different industries provided real-world, practical experience and a proving ground to demonstrate the effectiveness of values-based leadership, with tangible results.
Prior to TAI Incorporated, Davis served as Vice President, Field Operations for Suburban Partners, a $750 million energy services company. Previously, recruited by Investment Bankers to salvage a failing start-up business, he was Chief Executive Officer for Elcom Technologies. Before Elcom, Davis served as Vice President, Business Development at Lenox, Inc., with operating responsibility for six profit centers, including specialty corporate and international markets. Davis’ earlier professional experience includes national accounts, sales management, process improvement and operational roles at Pepsi Cola and Baxter International. Davis served four years as a U.S. Army Officer and is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Frank leads sales and marketing for TAI Incorporated. Prior to TAI he had 25 years’ experience initiating and leading business development for performance marketing leaders, Maritz, ITAGroup and Motivation Excellence. There Frank focused on programs impacting employee engagement and innovation through recognition, incentives and rewards programs. Frank helped clients achieve business objectives and drive measurable ROI by fueling growth and establishing a more desirable workforce and workplace.
Frank’s client experience ranges the spectrum of Fortune 1000 companies and includes: AT&T, AVAYA, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Sanofi, Mission Pharmacal, J&J, Realogy, Infosys and Trinchero Family Wines. Frank’s business philosophy is simple: if you always do what is best for the client, then you will always have a client—this is one of the reasons why Frank is a natural fit with TAI Incorporated—he also strongly believes in the power of relationship.
Frank graduated of the University of Kansas with a BA in Radio, Television and Film. He resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife Robin and their three sons, Louis, Sam and Dean…but he has never forgotten his love for his hometown of Kansas City, the Chiefs, Royals, KU Jayhawks and KC BBQ.

Gaines is responsible for the TAI Help Desk technical support and for projects focused toward high school students. His keen insights and observations offer a new creative and fresh take on workshops and high impact coaching for individuals in the 15-21 year old age-group. He also runs UCipher Graduate’s social media exposure spanning Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
Gaines’ youth leadership experiences include working during the past four years with High School students in outdoor resident camps and backcountry environments. Additionally, he is involved in volunteer work with youth at various non-profit and faith-based organizations.
Gaines has a degree in communications, with a focus in filmmaking from BCCC; he also studied at Kutztown University and Liberty University.

Phyllis brings to her executive coaching role at TAI nearly 25 years experience at Merck & Co., Inc. where she led high performance Global Brand Teams. Her leadership at Merck set a foundation for the growth of several of the company’s brands into multi-billion dollar assets.
Phyllis’ executive coaching style is based on a passion for leadership excellence. As a pharma executive at Merck, she provided visionary leadership with strong command of strategic planning. Her experience as a marketing strategist for the commercialization of new products gave her a wide breadth of leadership and management strengths including team development and alignment, goal setting, collaboration, alliance building, and relationship management. During her years at Merck, Phyllis was recognized for recruiting, developing, and retaining some of the most diverse talent in big pharma, leading individuals to their highest-level achievement, and strong leadership. As a long-standing member of the Notre Dame Board of Trustees, Phyllis also enjoys extensive experience in the non-profit sector serving higher education and most recently in the corporate foundation arena.
Phyllis is a graduate of Notre Dame. She also studied at the Bell Leadership Institute at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and in the Executive MBA Program in pharmaceutical Marketing at the Erivan K. Joe Forish has over 30 years of global experience in corporate Human Resources where his responsibilities included all aspects of people, organization and culture. Since retiring from the corporate world in 2013, Joe provided consulting services to a variety of organizations where he focused on executive coaching, employee engagement, change leadership, leader development and building organizational capability.
Prior to retiring, Joe served as Vice President, Human Resources for Haemonetics Corporation a global leader in blood management solutions where he was responsible for all aspects of Human resources including strategy, leadership development and talent management for 3,800 employees in 25 countries. As the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, he played a key role in 13 acquisitions completed by Haemonetics, worked closely with the Board of Directors on CEO succession and was Dean of Haemonetics University.
Before joining Haemonetics in 2005, Joe held various global human resources leadership roles with Rohm and Haas Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb, SmithKline Corporation (now Glaxo SmithKline), and Air Products and Chemicals.
Joe holds a BS in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University, an MS in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania and. He completed the Executive Development Program in general management at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.

Pamela has over 30 years of experience working for major corporations in the areas of sales, marketing, coaching, and training. The driving force in her career has been the enduring passion to see people reach their potential and succeed in both work and life.
Fully dedicating the last 18 years to the discipline of sales and leadership training, Pamela is a seasoned professional at assessing, selecting, and developing people inside and outside the business environment. As the corporate leader of Sales Training and Development at Quest Diagnostics, she developed over 2000 corporate programs, and personally trained/coached thousands of people. Pamela’s approach in working with people involves developing from within: helping individuals recognize their talent, match their talent with their passion, and release their potential to be productive and effective leaders who drive business results.
Pamela has a BS in Business Administration, and worked for three major corporations: BF Goodrich, Sealand Services, and Quest Diagnostics. She is actively involved in church ministry and community service. Pamela is married and resides in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Mike has significant corporate and consulting experience in organization design, leadership development, executive team effectiveness and executive coaching. Mike spent his entire professional career at Merck, where he was a Human Resources executive for global marketing and sales organizations.
Mike held senior HR business partner roles in both the Pharmaceutical and Vaccines business units, with a focus on organization design and development, talent management, succession planning, communications and merger integration. Mike’s last assignment at Merck was leading the integration of the $40 billion combined commercial organizations of Merck and Schering-Plough. Throughout his career, Mike was recognized as a highly capable, practical, and innovative HR Leader with strong business acumen. He is also known for his ability to build lasting and effective relationships and to earn the trust and respect of his executive clients.
Following retirement from Merck in late 2011, Mike has engaged as executive coach with organizations in both the public and private sectors where his focus has been executive team alignment, coaching business executives to be more effective leaders, and leadership strategy development and execution.

Alice has a unique blend of management and corporate training background. With over 25 years of corporate business experience, she was a corporate officer for the Kohler Co. responsible for the growth and development of its hospitality and real estate sector. Worldwide recognition of service quality, significant reductions in employee turnover, creativity in customer offerings, and profit levels that exceeded industry norms were achieved through her leadership. In addition to overseeing the development of new spas, private clubs, real estate, and golf courses for Kohler Co., she managed the acquisition and operational integration of the Old Course Hotel Resort and Spa in St. Andrews, Scotland.
Prior to her role as a business leader, Alice spent several years in corporate training and specialized in team building through all levels of the organization. Her career began as a college business instructor where she developed special programs for businesses in addition to classroom teaching. She has a BA degree in Office Administration and Business Education and an MA in Business and Marketing Education from Michigan State University and certifications from Cornell University.
Alice served as General Chair for the 1998 U.S. Women’s Open, 2007 U.S. Senior Open, and 2004 PGA Championship. She has served as an officer on boards for the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Visiting Nurses Association, Lakeshore Technical College Foundation, and Wisconsin State Golf Association.

Wes contributes his creativity and energy to TAI in a myriad of ways. As a trainer, he spearheads PRO Development™ Certification Training for corporate clients and independent consultants. As an educator, he helps TAI develop highly experiential training that provides progressive workshops and seminars for our corporate clients.
Wes is highly knowledgeable in the areas of employee, leadership, and personality assessments. He is responsible for keeping TAI on the cutting edge of assessments and reliable, credible survey systems.
In the faith-based arena, Wes works with leaders to embrace the tenets of Values-based (Servant) Leadership and serves as a catalyst to help leaders and their staffs reshape their thinking to meet challenges and experience “breakthrough” moments.
Wes has spent twenty years in non-profit and faith-based leadership roles, as well as in educational environments. He has been involved in various international non-profit networks where leadership ideas are shared and integrated.
Wes has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University in Philadelphia.

Chris has substantial corporate and consulting experience in succession planning, executive coaching, and assessment. As a senior corporate Human Resources leader at both General Electric and Citibank, Chris performed roles focusing on organization, staffing, and succession planning. His last two GE assignments were Organization & Staffing Manager for GE Aerospace (a $5 Billion, 40,000-person organization), and HR Director for GE Power Controls, a European manufacturing company headquartered in London. Later Chris moved to Citibank as Vice President, Executive Resources, where he played a principal role in the design and implementation of Citibank’s succession planning and talent review process.
During the next seven years, as a consultant Chris worked with over 300 individuals, from Fortune 500 companies worldwide, providing executive coaching and assessment services. In 2004, he returned to corporate work as Vice President, Staffing and Organization Development for Misys Healthcare Systems. There he was responsible for executive staffing, coaching, and talent planning.
Chris is co-authored Managing Risk in Executive Selection, published in the June 2001 issue of “Directorship Magazine” and in the June 2003 issue of “Global CEO” published in India. A graduate of Lock Haven State University of Pennsylvania, Chris earned his graduate degree in counseling from Penn State University.

Ludmilla brings to TAI both coursework and hands-on experience in psychology and teaching which she applies to coaching and facilitation endeavors to effectively foster achievement amongst her clients. A native Brazilian now living in the U.S., Ludmilla nourishes her passion to work with and influence the lives of others as a mentor and educator.
Prior to joining TAI, Ludmilla served as an Educational Psychologist at CIRASE in Sumara, SP, Brasil, and more recently she worked at Lingual Institute in Philadelphia. At TAI Ludmilla managed the translation project of the PRO Logic and the PRO DevelopmentTM platforms from English into Portuguese and now serves as a PRO Development™ interpreter and Certified Master Trainer. Her energy and passion for developing individuals combine to contribute to company goals focused on young adults and international expansion.
Ludmilla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology as well as a teaching degree from the prestigious San Paulo State University in 2008. She is also a certified Yoga instructor. Ludmilla now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, David.

Gina is a communications consultant, trainer and executive coach. Born and raised in the UK, she has been in France for 20 years. As an Associate with TAI Incorporated, Gina established credentials as a gifted workshop facilitator and talented executive coach who focuses on international corporations in the areas of leadership assessment, executive coaching and team alignment initiatives.
Prior to her work with TAI Incorporated, in 2002 Gina established a Lyon-based coaching, consulting and training practice, Hearsay, specializing in languages, communications and intercultural relations. Hearsay serves a variety of industries and functions, including pharmaceutical, legal, human resources and business services, as well as non-profit organizations. Gina worked closely with corporations such as Sanofi, Merial, EDF, Vinci Construction, Geodis Distribution, the City of Lyon and the Lyon Chamber of Commerce. Gina earned a B.A. Honours Degree in Modern Languages with International Studies from the University of London. She is a certified Executive Coach, with qualifications in Transactional Analysis (EATO, Lyon) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (French Institute of NLP).
Pierre W. Solodky

As a senior executive coach and team builder, Pierre brings over twenty years of experience with leadership coaching, marketing, business intelligence and strategy in the corporate world, including eleven years of leadership management with Johnson & Johnson, Inc. He worked with multiple cross-matrix and cross-cultural teams and became an expert in change management implementation.
Since associating with TAI Incorporated in LYON-France, Pierre uses the PRO Development™ assessment to specialize in working with leaders and executives, equipping them to implement their own solutions and better understand their own abilities, all in the context of creating values-based corporate cultures.
Pierre graduated from the LYON National Veterinary School where he also taught for two years. He is a certified Executive Coach from the LYON University Business School-France (Member of the GSAEC – Graduate school Alliance of Executive Coaching) and Master certified Team-Builder from the Coach & Team School (Vincent LENHARDT). He and his wife have four children and live in LYON-France.

Roberta has vast experience in individual and group professional development through coaching and facilitating programs aimed to increase executive potential while aligning with goals of the corporation. She helped provide improved outcomes and professional performance with clients such as Unilever, Roche, ExxonMobil, Sanofi, Scotiabank, Mercedes Benz financial and Schlumberger. Roberta lived in different countries and was exposed to different cultures, which enables her to better understand and help people from different backgrounds.
Previously, as a Leadership Director for Latin America at BTS Consulting focused on Strategic Implementation, she was responsible for growing the Leadership Development Practice in Latin America by developing strong relationships, conceptualizing, and developing, selling and facilitating new learning solutions. Now she focuses her coaching and leadership development engagements on mid-level and senior executives in a myriad of industries.
Roberta holds a degree in economics from Simmons College in the United States. She attended the Newfield Institute Ontological Coaching Training in Chile, and is certified in People Management through Fundao Getulio Vargas (FGV). She also is certified in Myers-Briggs Psychological Type Indicator (MBTI) and is a Certified Accredited Coach (ACC). She currently pursues a Master’s Program on Leadership and People’s Management. Roberta is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Ong Tun Cheng
Tun Cheng worked in multinational corporations, including Hewlett-Packard, as well as in small-medium enterprises where he gained extensive experience in a variety of areas that include project management, technology management, business development, sales and product management, software and systems development, customer support and training.
He has great passion and interest for learning and developmentâ€”since 2001 Tun Cheng has been closely involved in corporate training and development, having worked in esteemed organizations such as the National University of Singapore (NUS) Extension. He currently sits on the board of Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd, an education technology company.
Tun Cheng also volunteers with faith-based non-profit organizations that provide business mentoring to social entrepreneurs. He also is an advocate for social impact investment.
Tun Cheng has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration (UCLA Anderson and NUS). He is also a certified life skills coach, having received training in emotional intelligence and also DISC as well as MBTI® Step II certification.

Michel brings significant leadership and management experience with nearly 40 years in the life science industry, first in bioMerieux (in vitro diagnostic) and then Merial (animal health division of Sanofi, a leading global pharmaceutical company). During his tenure, he developed the international business in each company, establishing foreign subsidiaries and distribution networks in Europe and Asia. Michel’s corporate experience includes roles such as COO at bioMerieux, Country Manager (Germany, Japan) and Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific for Merial.
Since 2006, while serving in an active management role, Michel introduced and practiced individual and group coaching for his team at Merial. Additionally he provided coaching for individuals outside the company and earned certification as an NLP Practitioner (NLP University Santa Cruz, California). He is now engage as an executive coach with the goal of supporting people who believe that people are the most important asset and that trust is the most important value in an organization.
Michel holds a Doctor degree in Pharmacy from Lyon University (France), and is a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management program and the Executive Training Program of the European Union in Japan. He is fluent in French, English and Japanese.

Andrew is an engaging and creative consultant with extensive global experience in diversified disciplines including marketing, business development, strategic & product management, system engineering, consultancy and training. Since 1994, he worked in large multinational corporations as well as startups in Canada, US (Silicon Valley) and Asia Pacific in the telecom and IT industries. In 2006, he transitioned from his Asia Pacific Marketing Director role in Juniper Networks to a consultant in order to pursuing his passion: developing global leaders in corporations and universities. Since then, Andrew designed and conducted many leadership development programs and provided executive coaching to clients like The GAP, Wyeth Nutrition, Dragages, Amadeus, the Asia-World Expo and the Hong Kong Police Force. Beside corporate clients, he also provides leadership development for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technologies, Peking University and the Tsinghua University in China.
Andrew earned an Executive MBA (Richard Ivey School of Business), a Master Degree & Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Queen’s University). Currently he pursues a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Regent University, with a research focus on cross-culture and cross-generational leadership. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Catherine is a dynamic communication trainer and coach, with diverse experience in working with clients from the financial, chemical, professional services, property development, technology, media and transportation industries. Prior to becoming a trainer, she was the Hong Kong office head of a global communications consultancy, leading the local operations with profit & loss and staff development responsibilities.
She coaches and trains staff at different levelsâ€”from middle mangers to C-suite executives on topics related to leadership, communication, change management and transition. Catherine stresses the importance of mindset and behavioral change when working with her clients. Companies that she has worked with include: Amadeus, AsiaWorld-Expo, BlackRock, Cathay Pacific, Dow Corning, Dragages, HSBC INVISTA, Prudential, The Hong Kong Police Force, Wyeth Nutrition and Shui On Land.
Catherine graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honors Business Administration) degree. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
