Values-Based Leadership Executive Overview

(for Senior-level Managers)

The Executive Overview is a summary of the course content for Values-based Leadership. The three hour overview presents the business case for a values driven culture and suggests pertinent follow-up actions for executives to use with Managers who have completed the VBL Leadership full-day workshop.  The session emphasizes vision, mission and achievement of superior results, built on a foundation of behavior and performance.

Values-Based Leadership Executive Overview

(for Mid-level Managers)

Values-based Leadership is a full-day leadership development workshop available to Mid-level Managers. Using the “Values-Based Leadership Model” as a basis, this workshop allows participants the opportunity to become more self-aware and, thus, more effective leaders.  Critical content emphasizes moving from “doing things” to “leading people.” The workshop teaches leaders to achieve superior results by first addressing the foundation of behavior and performance—personal and shared values.

Values-based Workplace Workshop

(for Lower-level Managers and High Performers)

The Values-based Workplace is a half-day workshop that emphasizes concrete behaviors that support creating a Values-based Workplace.  Participants, first-line supervisors and high performers, learn the premise and philosophy behind Values-based Leadership and explore their role in supporting it. Listening, communications, feedback, and understanding how personal and shared values influence the workplace are key components.

UCipher™ Executive Self-Awareness

Individual self-awareness is critical to individual success. Each participant will take the UCipher™ Executive Assessment to help develop understanding of self-awareness. Employees will learn “who they are” and “why they behave the way they do”. As well, they will learn how they can better meet the challenges of the corporate mission. Each of your employees will become more aware of their strengths and weaknesses, they will see themselves through the eyes of their co-workers, and they will understand the personal traits that hold them back from achieving their work goals.
