UCipher™ Executive

UCipher™ Executive is the sister assessment to the PRO Development™ tool, offered in a self-interpreted package.

This tool delves deep into self-awareness and gives the individual many of the insights gained in the PRO-D, but it does not require a trained interpreter. It measures multiple dimensions (beyond typical personality-based instruments). These different dimensions converge to define a full, unique perspective of an individual’s leadership profile. Additionally, it provides insight in context to relationship with others and organizational culture fit.

Emailed with the assessment is a PDF document titled, “A Leader’s Guide to Coaching.” This four page article gives valuable insight and direction for helping leaders of all kinds in the area of mentoring and coaching. It can be used with or without the UCipher™ Executive tool.
