TAI Select Premium – Subjective/Objective Summary

While designed primarily as a comprehensive professional development instrument, PRO Development™ has proven to be a valuable complementary tool for assessing Candidates, providing them with in-depth feedback, and helping create assimilation plans with focus on development.  Using a series of Executive Traits that measure a Candidates motivations, competencies and leadership style, the PRO Development™ provides an overview of strengths, development opportunities and a summary focused on the type of role for which a Candidate is being considered.  Additionally, the PRO Development™ assessment provides an in depth portrait of the “whole” person. Clients have embraced the additional insight for selection and Candidates have appreciated the detailed feedback and coaching meetings they have had with a TAI consultant.

Hiring Managers receive PRO Development™ report for each Candidate as well as a subjective/objective assessment summary designed for exclusive use by the Client. Hiring Managers also benefit from a detailed verbal debrief of insights gleaned from the PRO Development™ instrument.

Candidates receive the PRO Development™ Report and the opportunity for detailed report interpretation with the TAI Consultant who prepared the client summary.
