TAI Select – Objective Summary

While designed primarily as an assessment for development, UCipher™ Executive has proven to be a valuable complementary tool for assessing and comparing Candidates, providing them with developmental feedback, and helping create assimilation plans with an eye on development.  Using a series of Executive Traits, a TAI Select Assessment Summary provides an overview of strengths, development opportunities and a summary focused on the type of role for which a Candidate is being considered.  Additionally, the UCipher™ Executive assessment provides an in depth portrait of the “whole” person. Clients have embraced the additional insight for selection and Candidates have appreciated the feedback and coaching meetings they have had with a TAI consultant.

Hiring Managers receive a TAI Select report for each Candidate as well as an assessment summary designed for exclusive use by the Client.  Candidates receive the UCipher™ Executive Report, interpretation and coaching with the TAI Consultant who prepared the client summary.

TAI Select Process Steps:

  1. UCipher™ Executive assessment administered to Candidate
  2. Assessment Summary Report—Consultant provides to Client
  3. UCipher™ Executive assessment review with Candidate
