Each workshop engages participants in the process of Awareness–Alignment–Accountability as participants are led to develop individual action plans that will guide them to create a values–based culture and deliver performance excellence in their organizations. The High Impact Leader

Values-based Leaders inspire their employees to greater performance and productivity, improved teamwork and job satisfaction, and increased commitment to the mission and the organization. Participants will learn the VBL philosophy and will increase awareness of their leadership effectiveness (strengths and opportunities for improvement), while discovering keys to their personal development and by completing an action plan for success.

On-Boarding: The First 100 Days

Whether newly hired or promoted, how new executives navigate the early days sets the tone for how others will follow their leadership. This workshop equips new leaders to on-board successfully. Key topics include first impressions, unwritten rules, building key relationships, and early wins.

High-Performance Teams

Probably the greatest opportunity for creating true competitive advantage lies in leading and developing high performance teams. This workshop addresses:

Character Counts

Effective leaders have an awareness of their own values, where those values came from, and how their values drive their daily decision-making. This workshop, designed specifically for Emerging Leaders, addresses how leaders can tap into what they believe and use that value system to help them achieve their goals. It also provides increased awareness of the leader’s impact on others, and how to maximize leadership effectiveness.

As organizations become more global and multi-cultural, significant competitive advantage can be achieved for those that recognize and develop the power of diversity and cultural differences. Key issues addressed in this workshop include: the value of diversity; alignment to strategic objectives; recognizing the visible and invisible differences between people; diversity and organizational competencies; and creating a cohesive values-driven culture for the benefit of your customers and employees.
