PRO-D is a leadership
assessment instrument designed to help executives become more self-aware and
focused on their individual strengths and ideal roles. It measures multiple
dimensions (beyond typical personality-based instruments) and how these different
dimensions converge to define a full, unique perspective of an individual's
leadership profile. Additionally, it provides insight in context to relationship
with others and organizational culture fit. PRO Development™ is completed
on-line and one-to-one interpretation is provided by TAI certified facilitators.

Our on-line 360 highlights core leadership competencies and
provides a format through which individuals gain valuable insights on their
